Do I need to be there?
Not for the whole job. Plenty of customers hand over the keys and carry on. We call before doing anything that changes the price.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
Book a diagnostic, or send a quote request describing what the car's doing. Either works.
Can I book for the same day?
Often yes. If you're stranded, call instead of booking — that's always faster.
